Saeko navigates these in between sounds using signposts from her
dreams, guided through the space-time distortion loops as if by a
vision. The true meaning of this vision might not be immediately
clear - but who minds, when the search for that meaning sounds
this good?

Time suspended as shapes and forms escape. Lights fades with
erosion. Perception of altered visions. Secret sonic vapour trails
envelop and shred horizons. Melting shadows outline forms. Stars
black out light. Corrupted as time folds away.
Movement. Sound. Lies.
Solitude.
Space and time respond.
Touched.

What would our existence look like if sound was our primary
interface with reality? Imagine growing up in a culture that
doesn’t think visually but acoustically. How would you perceive
landscapes if you hadn't first learned to dissect them by looking?
You hear during the day and at night, you perceive things long
before you can see them, and while you can look away, you cannot
stop hearing.
WaveRoom is a hyperspace in which the continent of Europe is
rendered as a phonogram. Space and time contract to such an extent
that the landmass fits into an attic. The 24 hours of a day
condense into 24 minutes.
Ole Blank has created a composition of field recordings captured
during a 30,000-kilometer road trip along the coastline
surrounding the European continent. This composition will be
presented in a specially designed sound dome.

"Imagine That Light Is A Fish" is an absurdity, the snake eating
its tale. Straight from the human cavity – the ultimate black hole
– the great Cosmic Mouth sings its tune!

“The only rule we follow is that there’s no wrong way to create,”
says Karó. “We’re obsessed with trying new things and finding more
extreme ways to come up with sounds.” “It’s like our music is a
world we’ve made for ourselves, as a way to keep exploring new
sounds and new ideas,” Hrabba adds. “Nothing is ever a mistake;
it’s about having fun and doing what we want and fucking
everything up if that feels right. Rebelliousness is definitely a
big part of what drives us.”

It is a testament to the past, to desecrated presents, and to the
sacred horizon that is the future...
The unchanging future which is always hope of change.

Toxodon lives! In deep remembrance of the herbivore that went
extinct 13,000 years ago, the prehistoric trio improvises its way
through tall grass and vast steppes.
