You hear during the day and at night, you perceive things long before you can see them, and while you can look away, you cannot stop hearing.
WaveRoom is a hyperspace in which the continent of Europe is rendered as a phonogram. Space and time contract to such an extent that the landmass fits into an attic. The 24 hours of a day condense into 24 minutes.
Ole Blank has created a composition of field recordings captured during a 30,000-kilometer road trip along the coastline surrounding the European continent. This composition will be presented in a specially designed sound dome.
